How much SPF do you need daily? SPF 20 filters about 95% of UVB rays, and SPF 50 about 98%. For everyday city life, what matters most is wearing enough of it, every day.

Apply generously to face, neck and hands as the last step of your morning routine, 15 minutes before going out. Reapply after sweating or every 2 hours in the sun. Patch test first.

Is SPF 20 enough?
For everyday city life, yes, when you apply it generously and reapply after sweating. It filters about 95% of UVB rays.

Does it leave a white cast?
No. It blends into the skin with no white cast.

Do I need a moisturiser as well?
Not usually. It moisturises as it protects. Very dry skin can apply a moisturiser first.

Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes. Let it absorb for a few minutes first.

Storage: Store the jar in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

Caution: Patch test on the inner elbow before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes and the inner parts of the ears.

It may not be adequate for strong UV rays at high altitudes and in snow.
