Free Shipping on all orders in India | Vegan Skin Care
Where we ship. We ship to every serviceable PIN code in India. We do not ship outside India at present.
Shipping charges. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping charge of ₹49. Any shipping charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay, with no hidden charges.
Dispatch. Orders are packed at our facility in New Delhi and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods and festivals it can take a day or two longer.
Delivery time. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch, the rest of India within 4 to 7 working days. Remote PIN codes can take longer. These are estimates given by the courier, not guarantees.
Tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Payment. All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available at present.
Damaged, wrong or missing items. Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, write to support@osadhi.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the parcel and the product. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Undelivered parcels. If the courier cannot deliver for a reason on their side, we reship free of charge. If a parcel is refused at the door, or the address given was incomplete or wrong, the order is refunded minus ₹99 towards shipping, or reshipped for a charge of ₹99 if you still want it.
